Year End activities in PS

Dear Gurus,

Greetings...!

I am aware of the year end activities for PS. CJCO & CJCF, but i am not accurate about when to run these transactions, should I perform the Commitment carry forward & Budget carry forward before fiscal year closing or after the new fiscal year is opened. Which transaction I need to perform first, Commitment carry forward or Budget carry forward. Kindly advice.
