Planned order does not get assigned with Production version ?

Dear Experts,

After the MRP Run Planned order is not assigned with production version. But BOM and Rate routing is available with required validity period. I have assigned MRP area in material master for exclusion from MRP.(Storage loc-1100).

Check in further orders and Check the validity of BOM. Are you checking in Old order?

BOM validity are correct. Even then PV is not get assigned in Planned order.

Hello

The most common cause for this issue is the Production Version validity. Check the explosion date in the planned order and make sure that it is within the production version validity.

All Master data are required validity date. But I have used Storage location MRP Area & Same location is assigned with production version receiving storage location. Is there any condition that should not be the same?.

Please check MRP4 Setting

Selection method 3-Selection only by the production version

then RUN MRP again select

Planning mode 3-Delete and recreate planning data

then checkPlanned order is PV captured or NO?

Does production storage location is defined in customizing for the MRP area?

Do you have storage location maintained in production version?

Set the Selection method" as 2 or 3, which is Production Version in MRP 4 view of material master

1.Check the planned order date and validity period of production version.

2.Check the planned order qty and maximum/minimum lot size of production version.

3.If MRP is executed in storage location MRP area, check the storage location in MRP area and the "receiving storage location" of production version.
