Dear All, Payment processing tab is not coming at the time of p.o creation. Already business function LOG_MMFI_P2P Activated.

Can confirm that. For us the down payment functionality is only available in the Invoice tab, no separate payment processing tab. We also have the LOG_MMFI_P2P active. There does not seem to be any mention in the simplification list, suggest to open a message with SAP support.
