Import BO group to another environment where authentication is SAP

We have recently received a new project & now client wants to upgrade from Existing BI4.0 to BI4.2 SP6. Client has provided all new hardware to install latest service pack so I am going to use latest promotional management wizard to migrate content from old system BI4.0 to new system where we will install latest BI version BI4.2 SP6.All Reports are based on BeX query & user authentication is also SAP.

In old system(BI4.0),as authentication is SAP, all users & group are imported from SAP system. Only two additional groups are created at BO level which restricts user for doing certain task in web intelligence. For new users ,Client provide that details on which group user should be added for certain webi restrictions & we add the user in that group manually. So my approach will be to install latest BI version BI4.2 SP6 on new machine then configure SAP authentication which will import all users & groups from SAP system & then start importing data from Old system to new system via Promotion Mgmt Wizard.

Now my concern is & still not able to figure it out on
How should I import 2 manually created groups from BI4.0 to BI4.2 SP6 with all users restrictions present(without adding them manually in 2 groups) where users are already imported after selecting SAP authentication. Do I need to select all users & groups(created at SAP BW level & 2 created manually at BO level) from BI4.0 to migrate to BI4.2 SP6.If that is the case then would it not create duplicate users & groups(One is imported via SAP authentication & other migrated from BI4.0 system).OR do I need to manually add users in respective 2 groups(created for webi restrictions) in new environment. Thanks in advance.

This guide is usually pretty helpful when migrating or upgrading
