SAP EWM. Cannot post goods movement; delivery XXX, item XX, has status "Blocked"

Hello,

When i try to post goods receipt for inbound delivery in EWM in t-code /SCWM/PRDI.

I get the following message:

Cannot post goods movement; delivery XXX, item XX, has status "Blocked".

Also in the Delivery Details on tab Validation I see the message:

Negative quantity not allowed for Put Away

Could you please advise, how i can post goods receipt?

Hi,

please check your item again. Even lack of the warehouse process type indicator can be the reason for blocking of inbound delivery. If the all of data in item are ok, then please cancel all of open warehouse task for your item, and please create a new ones. Maybe someone was trying confirm WT with differences. when I want to book the GR in SCWM/PRDI I have the same issue. I have checked your provided link but it does not work.

I ve checked the Item detail > Validation tab there I have the following issue:

Item was saved inconsistently

Storage bin GR-XDI1 does not exist in warehouse number XXXX.

Hi Merve,

You can change the destination storage bin in edit mode (in item of inbound delivery - SCWM/PRDI), after changing of destination storage bin you can try to post goods receipt again (or by manual creating warehouse task).

Regarding to your not existing storage bin, you should check this storage bin in transaction /SCWM/LS02. Maybe it's a newly created storage bin and it must be sorted. You can check the tab "activity area". Your activity (putaway) should exist in this tab. If no, then you should do re-sorting all old storage bins together with your newly created bin by activity and activity area (in tranasction SCWM/SRTUP.
