In Batch Determination Open Quantity showing in PP

Required Qty is : 2.625.

Need your help how this qty is showing without batch and extra.

Hi Rajan,

Based on the inputs shared, following are the Observations/comments from my end.,
The Batch quantities in the Case 1 are different from the Case 2 ( Ref.the attachment below)
In case 2 : The sum of the quantities in the 3 Batches ( 16525, 125442, 125424) is not meeting the required Quanity = 12.625 KG.There is shortage of 0.037 KG.

Because of this, there is no Batch Number, assigned & it is the Short Quantity.
This is not the Error, this is the Standard System behavior

Could you please share the below Info for further analysis ( if still , there is a problem)
1. Current stocks of all available batches for this Material : 10000502
2. Do you have any Customization during the Batch Dteremination ?
3. Is it only the stray case, of the Issue (or), this is the issue for all the Orders ?

Check the batch status, expiry date and classification once again.

During batch determination what basis batched are determined?
