Credit Risk Management in SAP for Utilities - Alternative Metrics

Hello experts,

I have two questions.

What are the metrics which are used by std. SAP for evaluating credit risk rating ( creditworthiness) of a Utility customer.

Has anyone worked on and has alternative data sets which are available in ISU and are not used by Std. SAP for calculating credit risk? If yes, any insights on what those data sets are?
