I have finished loading the SAP RDS RDM content to SAP DS 4.2. So all I see is some database tables loaded into the staging area. What do I do next?
What are the next steps for actually loading the legacy data into the target SAP ECC system? Do I dump the data from SAP DS into flat files or Excel files, then go back in to ECC to run LSMW calling BAPIs to load the data into the target SAP system? Or do I call BAPIs from within SAP DS to load the data? I found the insturctions missing.
Note 1791183 is great, but it’s still far from a text book. I would like to take an SAP course to actually see the RDS RDM packages work. It looks like such a course is only offered to “partners” ?
