Hi, I suppose what you mean is that the data are removed from the corresponding HRHAP* tables, where appraisal document data are saved. Since such tables are actually database tables, so probably it is needed to restore the database from the backup system then. You can have a look at the KBA of 2482951 - How to retrieve deleted appraisal documents, which almost explains the same.
