Missing BW/4HANA CONTENT 200

But I can’t find that software, I found only BW4CONTB 100 and BW4CONT 100, also oss note 2347382 at point 3. Information relevant for SAP BW/4HANA 2.0 show show BW4CONT 100 SP09 and BW4CONTB 100 SP09 for BW/4HANA 2.0 system.

Can you clarify me what is the content I need to install for for SAP BW/4 HANA 2.0 and where I can find it ?
