Question on SAP WORKFLOW SBWP updation

Hi,

I have a strange issue, for some work items if I see in SWI1 the work item is assigned to an agent but that workitem is not present in SBWP of that user nor its not present in SWI5 of that user.

If I activate administration for that work item and execute agent rules again than the work item is visible in SBWP . Why this is happening .. please suggest.

Hi,

Might be an HR buffering issue, if you change agent assignment on a position for instance then the workflow won't assign it straight away if you don't execute SWU_OBUF. This activity is executed once a day at midnight in most SAP systems.

check if the user is in table SWWUSERWI.

If it is there then it might be a filtering issue in the inbox of the user, or maybe some exotic HR authorization check is failed.
