Export to pdf is shifting the text a little

Hi,

On one of our servers, application with Crystal export to pdf is causing a slight shift in the text.

What could be the issue?

This is Crystal Reports for Visual Studio, Runtime is 13.0.24.

All the servers are alike in settings , with the same printer(zebra) as default. Registry update is forcelargerfonts- dword 1, dot net version is 2.0
