Hi,

You create a Reservation in transaction MB21 for a material which currently has zero quantity of stock in the Material Master, there is no error raised relating to a 'Missing Part', and the field RESB-XFEHL (Missing Part) has no value.

If you want to create reservation despite stock unavailability in transaction OMCQ you could set the system message M7181 to an error or information, so that Reservations cannot be created for Materials with zero quantity of stock.
