BPC values need to appear in crores.

Hi,

I have a BPC report in which through EPM Formatting Sheet, the values are appearing in crores. Here, I have applied the conditional formatting 0.00 for fetching the values in crore. I am aware that this formatting is local.

Eg. 20000000 appears as 2cr in my report

Now my concern is, when am copy pasting the value from BPC report to a fresh excel the value is getting converted to absolute. I want that when am copying the data from BPC report to a fresh excel, it should get copied in crores only. Is there a way I can achieve that in BPC report ?

Regards,

Neha

Can you check the Scaling Option in BPC and verify it works?

Scaling is not used in standard BPC reports, it's a cell function EPMScaleData!

Oops Sorry for the tags.

The formatting is removed when I am copying the data from BPC Report to a normal excel file.

So is there any way, that I can get the data in crores only as and when am pasting it, the formatting is removed.

Sorry, but still no answer: BPC MS or NW?

And once again - copy will never change the value! It's Excel, not EPM rule!

If format is changed after copy - you can apply formatting again...

Sorry, but your question is not related to BPC! And it's a strange idea to use both tags - BPC MS and BPC NW

In general, when you copy cell the data in this cell is copied. Formatting value is not changing data!
