Crystal Report Version conflict

Hi

We have an application developed with VS2017 that uses Crystal Reports Ver 14.
One of our clients installed Daceasy accounting system, that we believed over wrote our Ver 14 with crystal reports with version 20. Since then we have been getting the following error:

Is their any way that we can have both versions running together or any other way to resolve this issue?
