Automatic activity type determination for REM notification MFBF

Hi gurus,

I want to explain you a issue when I'm notifying with the MFBF for Repetitive manufacturing.

The issue is that the system doesn't determine the value for the activity type for each activities

I've already defined, inside the Work Center, the correct activities that I want to notify. Additionally, in the Route, the Work Center is defined correctly.

Finally, when I try to notify in the MFBF, when I visualize the activities that are going to be notified.

SAP calculates correctly using the formula, the activity to be notified, but, the activity type is not determined (remains blank -> "see highlighted field bellow"). If I introduce the activity type manually, the notification is done correctly multiplying the rate by the activity. Therefore, this info is showed in the cost collector (KKF6n - cost calculation)

Any answer is welcome.

Thanks for answer the request.

I have checked both options: the routing is mantained correctly and the check "Reference Indicator" does not solve the problem.

I don't know why the system does not determine the activity types in the MFBF. I'm trying to view if the actual/plan costing of the material should be run again if the routing activities are changed.

No progress to solve the problem yet.

Hello,

Please try by recasting material product cost collector in change mode (KKF6N) and save it then check with MFBF.

Also check standard cost estimate have the activity.

Please share the screen shot your rate routing and work center which is having activity type for more understanding also check the Planned order date(start /finish).

What you need to do it's go to KKF6N press modify cost colector and calculate cost then save and it'll be solved

lo que debes hacer es entrar en la transaccion KKF6N presionar modificar colector con el boton lapiz y luego presionar calcular costo, luego guardar, ya con eso debería quedar resuelto.

Hello,

Please check routing CA22 or CA02 activity type maintained correctly.

In work center costing tab also check whether the Reference Indicator check box is ticked.
