Production Order Status Problem

Hey Guys,

I have a problem with my production order status. I don't know why but after printing the top sheet of production order, production order appear in the original printout section which is in CO04 T code.

Status is always PPRT in Prod. Order. What is the problem with the system and why it shows PPRT status and we are not able to print it? When we hit print it disappear.

IS anyone know about it, please help me out?

Thank you guys for your time and valuable feedback. As you guys mentioned about PPRT might be partially printed, but here is the screenshot for the problem. PPRT status shows us Part Printed while we print shop paper and didn't change anything on it.

I don't know what is wrong with it. we don't have access for OPK8. So, if we have any other solution for it suggest to me, please.

Thank you

Hello,

Status PRT is no longer set for operations whose operation control key prevents the operation from being printed.

Did you set indicator "Control key check" in OPK8?

Hi

Status PPRT ('Partially printed') typically means that the order contains objects to-be-printed which have not been printed (yet).

Please check the status history in your order:

  • Did CO04 actually set status PRT, but it subsequently changed to PPRT? Then manual changes were made to the order after printout, for example a component was added or another operation was added with a control key containing the print indicator.
  • Did CO04 set status PPRT? This could mean that your print program simply missed some printable objects.

For it's worth, also check OPK8 as per SAP note 51009
