Launcpad Notification Center -notifications are coming but not displayed.

hi experts

I want to activate notification center and

I followed the necessary steps with part1 and part2

But I have a problem .Have you encountered any such error before like this

when ı was sending to notifcaiton. there is no problem. Gui display is complate. But I cannot the see notification on launchpad.

Screenshot will give you more information What I have a problem. Please control the screen. Tell me What I did wrong to activate

then display following

When ı was looking to notification center

You will see there is not a notification tile .

When I click the notification center icon There is not any notification

Norification center is empty but I was sended the notification.

What is the problam that you will see please help me.

Hi Orçun,

You can check the following KBA explaining the described issue:

2470180 - Click Notification button shows "There are no notifications" even though there is a badge count on the Notification button

Also in case you still get the same error I would recommend you to check the configuration:
