SAP C4C Service Unassociated email data

I am wanting to write a report about emails that come in to C4C Service and go in to the Unassociated email tab. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

Thank you for your suggestion but this will not fill the gap we have. We are wanting to put the number of unassociated emails on to the home page of users and also report on the number of such emails and how long they were in the view.

Hello Edna,

Currently, there is no Standard report in C4C that will provide data about the e-mails that are in Unassociated section of Service work center in C4C.

As a workaround, though, from the work center view "Unassociated E-mails", under SERVICE work center, you can export the results into a MS Excel file by clicking on the COG icon in the top right corner and then on "Export to Microsoft Excel".

You may want to submit this as a new system enhancement request via our Customer Influence forum:
