Hello

I have a few questions in regards to succession planning:

1. Is there a way to remove termed successors from the system?

2. How do others use Successors vs nominations and how can you restrict users from seeing either or?

Please find below some answer to your question:

1. Is there a way to remove termed successors from the system?

The successors can be deleted in bulk through an import of successors. To do so, you would need to follow below steps:

#1. Go to Admin Center;

#2. In the Tool Search, search for "Import Successors";

#3. Click "Export Template";

2. How do others use Successors vs nominations and how can you restrict users from seeing either or?

In order to have the blocks included through the data model, you'll either need to engage support or your Implementation Partner.

Permission for Successors or Nomination blocks can be managed via Role Based Permission.
