Afaria 7 (Android 9 - enrollment fails)

We are using Afaria (7.00.6662.0 SP5) and it still works fine with any mobile device and Android version except the new Android 9.0 release.

While we try to enrol a new device using tinyURL code the following message pops-up on the screen:Enrollment failed.

Can you please let me know if anyone else was reporting this issue and if you could try to help us resolve the problem?

Hi Tracy,

We have updated Afaria to latest version 7.00.20333.0 SP32 1812 and it still throws an error: "Enrollment failed" on any tested device with Android 9 OS. Was there any other user reporting this issue with Android 9 release?

Android 9 isn't supported in SP5. The answer here is to update to a more current version.
