Dear Madam or Sir,
I am working at KPMG. We want to test SAP Data Hub. Therefore, I created an AWS account. Then, I created an instance of SAP Data Hub, trial edition 2.4, in the SAP Cloud Appliance Library, which I activated successfully.
I am using this email for the account.
When trying to connect, however, I obtain an error message upon trying to Login: 'Invalid user credentials.' According to https://caldocs.hana.ondemand.com/caldocs/help/Getting_Started_Data_Hub24.pdf , I enter 'default' for Tenant Name and 'datahub' for Username. For Password I choose the <Master Password> which I created upon creating the SAP Data Hub instance in SAP Cloud Appliance Library.
The developer Edition worked instead. Thank you for your help.

Hi,
thank you for the reply.
Unfortunately I cannot create a new instance, given my instance Limit is 1.
Neither can I delete terminated instances in the CAL UI.
I am 99.99% sure I did not do any typo.
😞
Rgds,
John.

Hi John,
is it possible that you somehow did a typo in the CAL UI?
It's exactly as you say: default, datahub and the password which you entered in the CAL UI.
Suggestion: terminate the instance, recreate a new one, test to logon
Cheers
Thorsten
