Warning: no authorization for reading Geometric instance in PPE

When adding a variant to a structure node in iPPE I get the warning:

"no authorization for reading Geometric instance in PPE"

The business Functions needed for the use of Geometric Instances are turned off.

• /PLMU/IPPE_INT_4 (PLM, Product Structure and Assembly Management 4)
• PLM_VIP_1(Visual Instance Planner)

I don't understand where this warning comes from.
