Crystal Report does not refresh on browser access or SAP B1 app

Hi All,

Few of our users are having an issue when running crystal reports on the Browser Access and SAP B1 app (iOS).
The crystal report has date parameters (from and to). However when you run the report and run it again with different parameters it does not refresh. I guess it has to do with the cache, but its not feasible to ask them to clear their cache each time.

Has anyone had this issue? Anyway to resolve it?

I believe by not saving the data with report in the CR designer file will solve this issue. Let us know your outcome.

The report did not have that tick on. In any case, I ticked and unticked it and saved the report again. It is doing the same thing/

The issue is only on the browser access.

Then its time to raise this issue to SAP support.
