A company needs to move all data centre to another one, and we have a DS 4.1sp3 with IPS. The IT planning is make a V2V from all environment where the hostnames and IP changes. Does anyone proceed like this, moving all environment? Any suggestions?

If I were you, I would recommend a fresh install on the new platform. Then export/import DS contents from old to new.
