ECC to S4 HR Data Synchronization

Hi Experts

We currently have two systems (ECC and S4) and we have a requirement to synchronize HR Master Data between the two on a frequent (hourly or daily) basis.

The source would be ECC and both OM and PA data has to be transferred (Historic Data is optional). We have an open RFC between the two systems.

Please let me know the possible solutions.

Adding more info: Our client does not want any customisation in S4. So we have to use Standard FM's or BAPI's.
