Dynamic Navigation Customer search by phone number to CRM

Hello,

i want to create a generic link where i can add a phone number where i can automatically search a customer in the interaction-Center. If a have a hid i want to Display the customer directly.

In Theorie it should work with that link:

Do you have an idea why it does not work or do i have to use a Inbound-plug to catch and Change it?

In the Customizing i add bpident to the nav.
