how to learn sap scripts and ALE as a beginner, need suggestion

I am g v bhaskar B.E , new to this Site, completed the ABAP training recently, and trying for oppurtunites on ABAP, I am confused that how to learn SAP Scripts and ALE and even SMART FORMS because in the institute they didn't explain even basics properly. Is there any material which helps me in learning the above posted topics. please help me ,i desparately need guidance, and i am having the 4.6c education version in my P.C,i am pretty confident that i can make upto the mark with my hard work.
