Hi folks,

When do the status 3 (valuated results) will get updated in the Table QAMR ?

I did valuation even though it was still showing me as status 2 (processed).

Hi Varatharajan,

Characteristic results status updated after result entry and valuation process completed.

1. Inspection lot creation - all characteristics status 1 - Must Be Processed.

2. Results recording - once results entered status updated to 2 - Processed.

3. Results valuation - once results valuation completed system pop-up to accept or reject the valuation based on that status updated to 3 - Valuated.

Please note that maintain settings at plant level configuration recording confirmation must not set to 1 Automatic close.

Hi Lingaiah,

Apologies for the delay in my response

I understood how the status is getting changed but my concern is why it is still showing as status 2 in QAMR table .

Even though I updated the status to 3 valuated in QA32.

Are you facing this issue for specific inspection lot or all inspection lots?

I have created around 10 lots and I tried most of it and the results are the same. But I can see few old lots with status 3 which was existing already displaying in QAMR table with status 3. I am bit confused what I am missing .

Once you entered the results and click on enter or continue button did you get any pop-up box to select accept or reject window?

Once again reprocess the results of a characteristic update status to Put in the process and click on Valuate and save inspection lot. After that check the QAMR table.

You should check the QASR table if using inspection points.

I can see it in table now , not sure what is the issue. But I did the same process only.
