preventive maintenance & Number of producted parts

Hi

I want to activate Preventive maintenance operation under of the condition of number of producted part

For example, an injection mold need to have a preventive maintenance each time 50.000 cycles have been done.

How can I implement this in SAP ?

Hello,

You can create the PRT as equipment and then assign this to the routing operation in production.

In equipment master create a measuring point and in PRT tab of equipment master enter a maintenance plan and the measuring point. When you will confirm yours production order a measuring document will be created and will keep updating that counter.
