Hi All,

While preparing SQ with a particular items, Need to default some description in user defined field, Terms & conditions (1). Its possible or not.

If Possible, Please send the query & Where I have to create this query.

Details :

Item Nos - FBT05794, FBT05795, FBT05796, FBT05797

Terms & Conditions (1) - AMC will not cover for any Physical damage, burnt issues, and consumables like toner cartridges, Maintenance kit, plastic parts, virus, OS and Data recovery

What is the use of that Terms and Condition field?

Is it only used at the Printing layouts?

Only used in Printing layouts. Because some times while preparing document, forgot to mention the details, So if any query for this?

there are two options one is add a free text field on you layout and mention it. Second is create a UDF and set you terms and conditions a default and show this field on print out

Terms and conditions is showing in PDF, but I want to show only for similar items.

Hi Athul,

If this field is only used for printing (at Printing Layouts) then I suggest to handle this conditions at Crystal Reports.

Tips to handle this at CR:

• Create a formula field (say TEST1) at Line level and check whether the itemcode is based on your request. If it matches the ItemCode then keep the value as 1.
• Create a summary of the field (TEST1).
• At Terms and Condition field, either suppress or alter the value based on the Summary of TEST1 (for example if the summary is greater than 0 then the line items has your at least one desired item).

It's Fyn, but when we check SQ through SAP, its showing or not (Not Printing Layout).

I think you replied that only used in printing layouts !

So, it won't display in the UDF and it will ONLY display in the Printing layouts like Print, Print preview, PDF export.

If you want to show in UDF also then you need SDK help for this since the Document lines may have different items and the FMS queries cannot be performed for all the lines.
