Hi All,
While preparing SQ with a particular items, Need to default some description in user defined field, Terms & conditions (1). Its possible or not.
If Possible, Please send the query & Where I have to create this query.
Details :
Item Nos - FBT05794, FBT05795, FBT05796, FBT05797
Terms & Conditions (1) - AMC will not cover for any Physical damage, burnt issues, and consumables like toner cartridges, Maintenance kit, plastic parts, virus, OS and Data recovery

there are two options one is add a free text field on you layout and mention it. Second is create a UDF and set you terms and conditions a default and show this field on print out

Terms and conditions is showing in PDF, but I want to show only for similar items.
Hi Athul,
If this field is only used for printing (at Printing Layouts) then I suggest to handle this conditions at Crystal Reports.
