Enterprise Portal 7.02 to 7.4 - resource about porting applications

Dear professionals,

We are about conducting a migration of SAP EP 7.02 to 7.4. We have many programs developed in the 7.02 platform. They include:

Java programs (Some of them utilized Adobe interactive forms created using Adobe LiveCycle Designer), also ABAP webdynpro programs. For java programs, a few of them also utilized 3rd party libraries and they are developed under Netweaver Studio 7.02. For ABAP webdynpro programs, some of them contain customized SAP standard functions such as eLeave and eAppraisal (performance management). Are there any resources out there which I can obtain so that we can use them to assess each application and port them one by one? Your help is very much appreciated.
