CIF Integration model - Batches

Hi All

With my current client, they are ciffing batch numbers from the ecc system to the scm system.

In this case each day they run the job. But when the system is executing the integration model, it is picking the total products meaning all the products instead of the ones for which batch information is changed.

Any idea of how to correct this. for ciffing system should consider only the products for which the batch is changed instead of considering/checking all the products in the material master.

Hello,

You run CFM1 (Report RIMODGEN) and then CFM2 (report RIMODACT) or CFM3 ( report RIMODAC2) in order to transfer only the effect data which you have select in an tempory integrationmodel , but no transfer happens due to the fact that the so called deltalogic works here.

Please refer SAP help document.

Thanks for replying. I am just giving the below selection criteria, if I do this, the system is considering all the materials instead of the ones for which the batch was changed compared to the last run.

Are you asking me to enter only the materials for which the batch was changed and then run the cif?

Every time it would be difficult for me to narrow the select options. now batch job just runs automatically. is there any config or something so that the system considers only the modified materials to be ciffed

In your integration model, you don't have to check classes and characteristics daily - they are integrated once when you have to transfer the class for the first time. Or when you have added a new APO relevant characteristic in the class. You don't have to have materials as well in your batch integration model - it can run independently.

When you take the run of batch integration model, just select batches and select the materials - let the integration model run for the materials you have chosen. It will end up sending any new batches or for which any change has been done when you do CFM2 while the selection will be across the entire selection you have maintained in the model.

Thanks,
