more than 15 users unable to logon to BOBJ Design studio Analysis Report at the same time.

Hi BOBJ Experts,

We have our Dashboard created in Design studio 1.6 and BI platform 4.1 SP 7.

All our users are concurrent users and licensed for unlimited concurrent users. During training sessions when more than 11 users were trying to open the dashboard at the same time only first 11-15 users were able to open and rest of the users had waiting status and unable to open the dashboard. we tried to set all values on the APS and MDAS servers for max client connections to 1 to replicate the issue in test but no luck. Is there any config we need to make in CMC.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Maybe your server was not able to run that many users ?
What was server CPU and Memory usage during that time ?
have you done the sizing exercise ?

Thanks Denis for your response. I checked with our Basis team and they mentioned that there wasn't enough CPUs and memory and then they requested server team to increased CPU to 8 from 2 and memory from 32 to 90 gig. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm whether this has fixed the issue as the upcoming training batches are less than 10 participants.

I had to post it in SCN to see whether there was any settings in CMC which would restrict the concurrent users access. Looks like our basis team have gone through sizing document.
