Process message option does not exist on context Menu for Xstep PI sheet

Hello Expert,

Recently we have implemented context menu for our client and it is working absolutely fine with containing all functions on right click option for non Xstep PI sheet. We came across an issue, as this context menu is missing process message function on Xstep managed PI sheet whereas getting all functions on non Xstep PI sheet. I have checked all config and SAP notes which was implemented but didnt get an exact clue why only 'Process message function' does not appear on Xstep PI sheet even after creation of new process message also.

Appreciate if anybody has come across such issue

Please implement these notes in your development system and then cross check it again.

2383597 - CO60/XT: User-specific Access to Context Menu of Browser-based PI Sheets/Electronic Work Instructions

2618155 - Improvement Note: User-specific Access to Context Menu of Browser-based PI Sheets/Electronic Work Instructions

2718647 - New context menu for “process-instruction” sheets.

If it does not work then open message to SAP.

Hello Rupesh,

Thank you for your Feedback. As i have already activated an implicit enhancement on CO60 and make context menu plant specific hence first two notes are not applicable here. 2718647 this note can't be implement so i think i might need to raise OSS.

Let me know if you come across any other option.
