SAP GRC 10.1 Approval by email

Good morning fine folks! I have done some research and found a few articles that say in SAP GRC 10.1 there is an option to allow approve or reject for an access request by email. I currently have it set to send the link that the approver can click on that takes them to the request form, but we would like to check out the approve\reject by email with approved words (offline approval). Has anyone been able to set this up and have advice how to do it?

Sorry for that. In some of the blogs I have been reading, there seems to be an opportunity to approve\reject an access request through email, so no need to sign in to GRC. I have found out that it was offered in SP14, so I have my basis team installing some service packs. I think I will be able to figure it out from there but will let you know if there are any issues.
