Possibility of having two form template for ticket_Manual Selection

Hello Expert,

Can we have two or three form template for ticket, where user will select the form manually from the dropdown.
Based on this thread :https://answers.sap.com/questions/387863/c4c-multiple-quotation-templates.html
It is not possible. Is this still the case or are there other config ?
