Hello Expert,
Can we have two or three form template for ticket, where user will select the form manually from the dropdown.

It is not possible. Is this still the case or are there other config ?

I guided the user in the link you shared above - this link was created afterwards to ask our developers to work in such feature, it is acknowledged (just gave my vote also). As of now, the scenario for template selection is not a reality in sales documents and I believe that for service documents it is not possible either.
You can drop a comment in the Idea link above asking the current idea coach Guenter for updates, telling your need in Service scenario. It can help to be delivered sooner.

There is no option currently in configuration. But via SDK you can try to achieve it.
You will need to create a custom form and create multiple template groups for the same form. You can follow the below link for working with custom forms.

We already have this feature available for tickets. You can create multiple form templates for tickets and select of your choice while previewing within the tickets.

I have created one template and upload it for English language. While uploading the custom template, i cannot use the same country and language combination which is already used by standard template. So by default, the system is taking the template based on country and language. It doesn't show all the template available based on the Template group.
Is there any workaround for this?
