I have been using SAP web IDE with the storyboard plugin for the past couple months. However when I logged in today the plugin was gone and I can't find a way to add it back in.

Any Ideas how to fix this?

Hi Raz,

I am using Europe (ROT) - Trail

and

In the extensions there is one - s8d_monacoextensions - that is unreachable. It contains the following error message : https://webidecp-sapwebide.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/s8d_monacoextensions/client/package.jso... is invalid or the feature is not available: Server returned HTTP response code 404 for URL https://webidecp-sapwebide.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/s8d_monacoextensions/client/package.jso... Response body: <html><head><title>Error report</title></head><body><h1>HTTP Status 404 - Not Found</h1></body></html>

Hi Cheryl,

Can you share more details, e.g. Which data center you use, In "preferences > extensions" are there extensions that appear as "unreachable" (or similar). etc.
