RSWUWFML2 - Details on collective option

Dear Community,

I've been searching for some help on this matter, but couldn't find any of value.

Is there any way to send the item details through this program, when we select the collective option?

I've read that I could copy to a Z program and do any necessary changes, but I was hoping for a better solution.

Hi, Eduardo,

Making a Z-copy is definitely possible, but I would first recommend you to have a look at Extended Notifications - it is the tool recommeded for workflow notifications as replacement of RSWUWFML2, it might have what you need without extra coding.

yes, collective message is available as granularity using report RSWUWFML2
