I have one report (sales module) which shows the total collection of the sales person code for the month,
I want to add that total collection into another main report (payroll) for that matching sales person code.
Is it possible?
Hi Naveed,
You'd need to link all parameters in the Subreport with the Main Report fields/parameters so that the Subreport prompt gets suppressed.

Hi Abhilash
I appreciate for your prompt reply.

Hi Naveed,
You can do this by inserting the Sales Module based report as a Subreport inside the Payroll report.
Here are the high level steps:
1. Insert the Sales Module report as a Subreport in the Payroll report's Group Header/Footer
2. Link the Main Report with the Subreport on the Sales Person + Month fields
3. Format the subreport. Suppress all unnecessary sections and only display the section that contains the Summary
