Hi Experts, I am not able to get email whenever DS Job fail. I configured smtp server in ds server manager.

Hi Pavan,

As a prerequisite you have to add BODS Job server details in SMTP server as well, could you please confirm is that activity done, as per error message it was not done that why you are facing issue.

please reachout to mail exchange team and request them to add your BODS server/IP address in mail exchange server.
