Temporary License Key Not Working

Hi,

We purchased a license for SAP Crystal Reports version 2016 last Friday. After the purchase, a temporary license key was given. our IT tried the installation using said license key but it didn't work.

I placed a support email and received another temporary license key. our IT tried installing again using the 2nd license key and was successful with the installation.

but right now, when they opened the SAP Crystal application, an error appear that says: "The License manager has detected expired keys. These will be removed."

I suggest contacting CIC again and explain the situation and get another one.
