screenshot-3.pngHi,

Could you please help in enabling 'Multiple Elements' in Solution Documentation assignment block in Charm.

I can see this option enabled if I check from sap_all authorization but I don't see when I remove sap_all.

However, the option 'Single Elements' is enabled for all users.

I Would like to enable both 'Single' and 'Multiple Elements' for all users.

Hello there,

The authorization for that is SM_FIELD, there is one UI_OBJECT value for Single Element Button and another value for Multiple Elements, the latter should be missing in your role definition.

Dear Thales,

Thanks for your response, finally I got auth object.

Could you please help, why I was not finding this auth object 'SM_Field' when I was tracing in ST01?

When I trace in ST01, I got auth of S_DEVELOP, UI_COMP, S_BTCH_ADM.

I still wonder why it did not fetch right auth object.

Any way thank you so much for your help.

Maybe you traced the wrong UI update event. This authorization is evaluated when you click on Process button to change from read to edit mode.

I rarely use ST01, for authorization trace I generally use STAUTHTRACE.
