Talent Pool Recruiting successors error while creation

HI buddies,

I have configured talent pool to my client and after the configuration I w able to create a pool but the client is unable to create one even though I have given all the RBP required.

The issue seems to come once I have added pipeline.

Can anyone have an idea about the issue.
