Error on Creating/Save Rule for PI Receiver Parallelism

Hi Experts,

We have been requested to enable receiver parallelism in our PI as recommended by SAP audit findings. We performed the changes required as stated in Note 1493502 and also apply note 1916598 since we want to specify a certain interface.

Initially we were able to create a rule under NWA>SOA>Monitoring>PI Receiver Parallelism. However, when we check back on it a day after it no longer there and we cannot create any rules for some reason.

We noticed that each time we try to create below gets added in the log viewer. We make up what this trace means in relation to the rule creation.

Has anyone have experience with this process and could help us out?

Hi Joel,
According to the Log viewer error log - it is unable to execute the SQL for parameter 5 which is namespace of the interface. Could you please check if it has length more than expected by the table?
