BW Java migration to Hana 2.0

Hello All,

Can some one help me with document/guide/steps to be followed for BW Java 7.5 DB migration from SQL to Hana 2.0? We also want to migrate Java instance from current windows box to another windows box.

Thanks for reply Rishi but this is ABAP migration on Hana and Java Split. We already migrated BW ABAP on Hana using DMO and dual split. So after that now we have Splitted BW Java stack still running on SQL which we want o migrate to Hana. Most importantly I am not able to figure out post steps after BW Java migration.
