How to allow external contractors to access Learning in our SAP SuccessFactors environment

We currently have SAP SuccessFactors implemented(cloud version) for our employees with access to Learning, Development PLan, Performance and Goal modules. We would like to allow external contractors(ie they don't have an employee id or userid) to gain access to Learning such that they can complete a compliance course prior to them starting work for us. We use single sign-on for our employees - they are in active directory so that works but how do we allow external access into Learning for contractors? What is the best method to do this?
