For what purpose do you want to add a tab in a technical table?

In your example, partner is customer, so you could consider add such data to customer (CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA) or business partner (EEWB) master data?

My functional analyst would like to create a new tab called 'Additional Data' on the above screen. The new tab will have some new fields to keep the customer information.
