Old S user id to be Used Again for Certification

Hi SAP Team,

I have a few questions with respect to my old S user ID s0016854645.

I am a certified SAP MM consultant and has 2 years of experience and now again I am planning for SAP S4 Hana - 1709 Sourcing and procurement certification.

1. Is it possible to use same S user ID to purchase CER006 - SAP Certification in the Cloud or do I need to create a new account?

2. If I can use my same account, how I can update my current address. as I can see my old address is OTC_Education_India, SAP Training, Bangalore, 10, 560025, IN?

3. Is it possible to use my Home address instead to Company address under create a new address section?

Please advise how to proceed.
