Infocube and DSOs

Hi

I am new to BW.

I have created three DSOs (2 with standard SAP datasources & 1 generic). The transformation was done correctly and the BeX query is also working fine. Thanks.

Now, I am in the process of getting into Infocubes. I want to make an infocubes combining the above three DSO fields.

I am not clear what is the benefit I can get through such infocube over the multiple DSOs ?

Hope you may not find this question ridiculous. Expecting your valuable guidance for a beginner like me.
